Totally up to you. Our packages are designed to take the hassle out of planning, but if there’s just one epic activity you’ve got your eye on, we can make it happen. No dramas.
Can you help us arrange accommodation?
Absolutely. We’ve got access to a range of buck-friendly stays – from hotels to party apartments – and we can bundle it into your package. Just let us know what kind of vibe you’re after and we’ll sort it.
How do we get between the activities?
We can help you arrange transfers. Whether it’s walking distance, quick Ubers, or a private party bus, we’ll work with you to ensure the group gets from A to B without a hitch.
I don’t have final numbers yet – can I still book?
Yep – lock it in with an estimate and confirm the final headcount closer to the date. We’ll give you a heads-up when we need those final numbers.
Is someone from The Bucks Co there on the day?
Not in person, but we’re always on call. Your Bucks Co event planner will be available behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly. If anything pops up, just give us a buzz.
Can we split the payments between the group?
Yep – and it’s super easy. Everyone pays their own share directly through our platform, so no one's left chasing money or covering for mates who go MIA in the group chat.
Is there a deadline to book?
There’s no hard deadline, but the earlier you book, the better your options. Weekends can fill fast – especially during peak season – so we recommend locking it in at least 8–10 weeks ahead.
