What should we wear?
Comfortable clothes and secure shoes. You will be asked to empty your pockets before you harness up.

How long does bungy jumping take?
Around 2 hours, or less, depending on the group size. This is including transfers, briefings and jump time.

Yes! This activity is run by trained operators with professional equipment and strict procedures.

Can we buy the photos and videos from the jump?
Absolutely! Let your event planner know if you would like to upgrade to the photo and video inclusive package.

Is there a weight restriction for bungy jumping?
The minimum weight to solo bungy is 45kg, and the maximum weight is 150kg. Those under 45kg may be able to tandem jump, with a maximum combined tandem weight of 235kg.

Not in person, but we’re always on call. Your Bucks Co event planner will be available behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly. If anything pops up, just give us a buzz.
Can we split the payments between the group?
Yep – and it’s super easy. Everyone pays their own share directly through our platform, so no one's left chasing money or covering for mates who go MIA in the group chat.
Is there a deadline to book?
There’s no hard deadline, but the earlier you book, the better your options. Weekends can fill fast – especially during peak season – so we recommend locking it in at least 8–10 weeks ahead.
