The group gets private use of a function room for three hours, with a food and drink package covering beer, wine and soft drinks, plus food platters to share. Dedicated staff and servers look after the room, and additional security is included for your private event. It's a great setup for speeches, games and a proper celebration without strangers wandering in. Note that November and December bookings require a minimum of 24 people. A relaxed, social way to give the buck the room to himself.

Yes, a selection of food platters are provided for your group.

What is included in the drinks package?
3 hours of beer, wine, and soft drink are included. A spirits upgrade can be added on for the final 90 minutes, if requested.

Can we have entertainment join us?
Yes, Topless Waitresses and Strip Shows can be added onto your booking, just let your event planner know in advance.

Do I have to book a package, or can I just book one activity?
Totally up to you. Our packages are designed to take the hassle out of planning, but if there’s just one epic activity you’ve got your eye on, we can make it happen. No dramas.
Can you help us arrange accommodation?
Absolutely. We’ve got access to a range of buck-friendly stays – from hotels to party apartments – and we can bundle it into your package. Just let us know what kind of vibe you’re after and we’ll sort it.
How do we get between the activities?
We can help you arrange transfers. Whether it’s walking distance, quick Ubers, or a private party bus, we’ll work with you to ensure the group gets from A to B without a hitch.
I don’t have final numbers yet – can I still book?
Yep – lock it in with an estimate and confirm the final headcount closer to the date. We’ll give you a heads-up when we need those final numbers.
Is someone from The Bucks Co there on the day?
Not in person, but we’re always on call. Your Bucks Co event planner will be available behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly. If anything pops up, just give us a buzz.
Can we split the payments between the group?
Yep – and it’s super easy. Everyone pays their own share directly through our platform, so no one's left chasing money or covering for mates who go MIA in the group chat.
Is there a deadline to book?
There’s no hard deadline, but the earlier you book, the better your options. Weekends can fill fast – especially during peak season – so we recommend locking it in at least 8–10 weeks ahead.
