Byron Bay's private bar gives your bucks crew exclusive use of an upstairs area at a great local venue, with a $900 bar tab ready to use at any time during the booking. Dedicated bar and wait staff take care of the group, and you can play your favourite tunes. The package runs for two hours, with extra time available, and all bookings must finish by 9pm. Package pricing applies from October to March, so check with your planner if your dates fall outside that. Additional entertainment isn't permitted at this venue. A relaxed, private base for a Byron celebration.

This package runs for 2 hours, however we can add additional time if required. All bookings must conclude by 9PM.

Totally up to you. Our packages are designed to take the hassle out of planning, but if there’s just one epic activity you’ve got your eye on, we can make it happen. No dramas.

How do we get between the activities?
We can help you arrange transfers. Whether it’s walking distance, quick Ubers, or a private party bus, we’ll work with you to ensure the group gets from A to B without a hitch.
I don’t have final numbers yet – can I still book?
Yep – lock it in with an estimate and confirm the final headcount closer to the date. We’ll give you a heads-up when we need those final numbers.
Is someone from The Bucks Co there on the day?
Not in person, but we’re always on call. Your Bucks Co event planner will be available behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly. If anything pops up, just give us a buzz.
Can we split the payments between the group?
Yep – and it’s super easy. Everyone pays their own share directly through our platform, so no one's left chasing money or covering for mates who go MIA in the group chat.
Is there a deadline to book?
There’s no hard deadline, but the earlier you book, the better your options. Weekends can fill fast – especially during peak season – so we recommend locking it in at least 8–10 weeks ahead.
