Melbourne's private bar gives your bucks crew private use of a function room and bar at a great local venue. The three-hour food and drink package covers beer, wine, sparkling, house vodka lime and soda, house gin and tonic and standard mixers, with a choice of canapés or grazing platters. Access to the AV system is available if needed, perfect for a slideshow of the buck's finest moments. The package can be shortened to two hours or stretched to four, and a smaller semi-private area can be arranged for smaller groups. Dedicated bar and wait staff take care of everything.

What is included in the drinks package?
Beer, wine, sparkling, house vodka lime & soda, house gin & tonic, and standard mixers are all included.

How long does the private bar booking go for?
This package runs for 3 hours, however we can make this a 2 or 4 hour package if preferred.

Yes, just let the venue staff know when you arrive, and they will organise this for you.

Do I have to book a package, or can I just book one activity?
Totally up to you. Our packages are designed to take the hassle out of planning, but if there’s just one epic activity you’ve got your eye on, we can make it happen. No dramas.

How do we get between the activities?
We can help you arrange transfers. Whether it’s walking distance, quick Ubers, or a private party bus, we’ll work with you to ensure the group gets from A to B without a hitch.
I don’t have final numbers yet – can I still book?
Yep – lock it in with an estimate and confirm the final headcount closer to the date. We’ll give you a heads-up when we need those final numbers.
Is someone from The Bucks Co there on the day?
Not in person, but we’re always on call. Your Bucks Co event planner will be available behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly. If anything pops up, just give us a buzz.
Can we split the payments between the group?
Yep – and it’s super easy. Everyone pays their own share directly through our platform, so no one's left chasing money or covering for mates who go MIA in the group chat.
Is there a deadline to book?
There’s no hard deadline, but the earlier you book, the better your options. Weekends can fill fast – especially during peak season – so we recommend locking it in at least 8–10 weeks ahead.
