Airlie Beach's private bar gives your bucks crew exclusive use of the venue for two hours, from 6pm to 8pm. A private bartender and security look after the group, and a $500 bar tab is ready to go, though cocktails aren't included in the tab. Everyone also gets a wristband for discounted drinks, so the money goes further once the tab runs dry. It's the perfect early evening setup, giving the crew a private space to kick off the night before heading out. No strangers, no queues at the bar and plenty of room to celebrate the buck.

Not in person, but we’re always on call. Your Bucks Co event planner will be available behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly. If anything pops up, just give us a buzz.
Can we split the payments between the group?
Yep – and it’s super easy. Everyone pays their own share directly through our platform, so no one's left chasing money or covering for mates who go MIA in the group chat.
Is there a deadline to book?
There’s no hard deadline, but the earlier you book, the better your options. Weekends can fill fast – especially during peak season – so we recommend locking it in at least 8–10 weeks ahead.
